- Responsible for the start-up, management, and operation of the TPM in the factory.
- To ensure that factory TPM master plan and actions are aligned with the factory strategic objectives
- Plan and execute performance reviews and steering meetings to evaluate both TPM Pillars and departments progress
- Preparation and implementation of safety rules/policies, on-site emergency evacuation plan and safety reports.
- Drive the 5S, Kaizen and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) culture in factory

Providing technical support in day-to-day maintenance activities and operations department for re-designing, modification, re-engineering and retro-fitting of electrical equipment to improve quality and productivity
Implementing and developing reliable strategies for technical problem solving and accountability to enhance engineering operations and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in equipment efficiency
Providing electrical technical expertise in maintenance projects, analyzing breakdowns of machines, eliminating root causes, preparing maintenance programs and strategies to achieve business results
Coordinating with Production and Quality Management on a daily basis to resolve technical and operational issues
Assessing electrical system concepts, engineering layouts, equipment specification, system control concepts and flow diagrams
Practicing the WCM methodology by targeting the breakdowns and ensuring equipment efficiency
Planning and executing Time Based Maintenance (TBM) activities; Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) techniques and tools
Evaluating quality issues/defects with QA team, ensuring continual improvement in day-to-day operations, consistently meeting quality standards and preserving employee and equipment safety
Maintaining an optimum inventory of machine spare parts to avoid any unpleasant situation
Collaborating with machine owners for smooth operations; implementing SAP-PM System in downstream section
Executing and following the activities of PM pillar to support company objectives
Assisting AM teams of the plant to ensure implementation of WCM standards

Maintained first-level quality assurance and standards are maintained at all times and in accordance with applicable site-specific construction procedures, methods, codes and specifications. Coordinated with project engineers, inspected project sites to monitor progress and ensured conformance to design specifications and standards
Prepared daily, weekly and monthly site reports
Participated in site meetings, involved in operations of estimating, planning and controlling costs associated with construction projects and liaised with all subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
Supported in preparation of accurate drawings and erection instructions for field crews, coordinated with site planning team to cover up differences between planned and actual progress and proposed suggestions for catch-up plans
