Umar was responsible for working in two roles in his tenure as Executive Assistant and Senior inside Sales Supervisor (attached full job description of Umar) with The Advance Technology Group and was my direct report. During his 6 years, 11 months he has developed his skills and capabilities to satisfy the internal and external responsibilities. We in TAT Group represent an American company listed in the stock market under the name Gartner with a stock symbol (IT). It is the authority on the subject of IT, and it provides guidance to the world on the current and future standards of IT as an Advisory company. We are part of their extended team that is virtually around the world, and we are their Kuwait team, and we carry a culture of work of a multi-national company.
Umar demonstrated very strong skills as Leadership, problem solving, hard and smart working, captain of multitasking, an outstanding coordinator, a person who can fix a problem quickly by finding quick solution and not drilling into the problem, effective workflow coordinator, Quick Earning the stakeholders trust and respect.
He has some amazing skills handling chief level clients through his Interpersonal Communication that keeps organization run smoothly. Umar also has a skill of people’s management, Collaboration, Conflict management and how to resolve client’s critical issues that help us to retain clients.
One of his outstanding achievements was his ability in a single year reached out with touched base of hundreds of leaders inviting them and adding more than a hundred event attendees and special program Guests to our flagship Gartner during the pandemic.
Umar was one of the KEY people in TAT Group and specially in Gartner business, he handled our high-level clients very smoothly and resolved any issues on day-to-day basis with high quality of delivery. He also trained our new associate with his deep knowledge in the process of Gartner & tools and system. He was an admirable Gartner ambassador recognized by Gartner leaders regionally on a number of occasions who can truly show the value of the company.
These achievements which earned him great admiration and respect among the team members in Kuwait and International from UK USA GCC and India.
