Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC), a subsidiary of “ADQ”, is a key contributor to the development of the business tourism sector in Abu Dhabi through its different vertical of business units including exhibition centers, hotels, airlines and travel desk, etc.
 Supervise accounting functions with regard to AR Department including managing timely generation of invoices as per contracts signed with customers as well as follow up with customer for payments, submission of different MIS report (Including Debtor Aging report, ECL Models update on Bad Debt Provisions, Cash Flow Forecast etc.) in compliance with tight deadline as stipulated by management
 Be responsible for adherence to controls as outlined in the IFRS, VAT and other regulatory requirements.
 Coordinate with internal and external auditors on audit queries related to account receivables.
 Review the contracts signed with different customers on commercial terms and update to management any points need to be considered
 Conduct credit checks and negotiate with clients in non-payment cases. Update legal team to initiate legal action when it is required.
 Managed VAT return filing for ADNEC group entities

 Prepare monthly financial of each family business unit (including real estate vertical having investment of more than AED 1B) and review it with budget and analyze reason for variance
 Prepare business plan, projected cash flow, evaluating the business plan considering the factors of ROI
 Liaison with auditors & other external parties to finalize books of accounts as well as other business compliance as per IFRS & UAE Business Law
 Advise to management on different investment opportunity including equity, commodity etc. in UAE, US & Other Markets both in listed and unlisted companies including start up.

Contribution Margin Analysis at Each SKU Level Considering Price Protection& Marketing Support Against it.
 Actively Participate Business Development Activities for MEA Region
 Finalize the Selling Price to Distributor, Considering Cost of Products, TOT Factors and Specific Business
Requirement of Territory and Competitor Price Under Similar Specification of Mobile Phone
 Analyze Marketing Expense for Brand Development in Different Region/Customer Wise considering Business Volume
Growth.
 Liaison with Bank as well as third party for Credit Arrangement through discounting of PDC, Invoice etc.

 Manage as Head of Finance of different vertical of business.
 Finalize annual budgets, MIS report, Variance Analysis and undertake corrective action plan.
 Conduct Cost Benefit analysis- under different scenario for enabling management in decision making process
 Manage the clients of one business vertical named as KASMAC & brings new business in that vertical
 Managed investment portfolio of the family members above USD 10 m in different class of assets.

Prepare and finalize accounts and budgets
 Carry out Treasury Management for commodity (Gold & Silver) and currency (USD vs INR).
 Analyze and evaluated the commercial terms of business with Job Workers as well as Diamond Vendors
 Finalize the terms of Gold Loan Finance, price fixing formula as well as other requirements in this regard
 Finalized Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Terms of Trade (TOT) and Bank
Guarantee requirement with different job

 Successfully managed consolidation of whole group of Damas (annual turnover of 600 M USD) as per IAS and IFRS guidance notes.
 Played active role in business acquisition, formation of JV and manage business as finance head of manufacturing division of Damas.

Audit of financial statements (applying risk-based approach) in compliance with the provisions of applicable
accounting standards in India & Corporate & Taxation Laws & Rules in India.
