Managing the following departments:
- Production Planning
- Production Follow Up
- Production Purchases (Imported & Local)
- Warehouses:
o Finished goods
o Trims, accessories & packing
o Fabric
- Logistics & Customs Clearing
Managing the following departments for 2 factories: Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse & Maintenance.
- Warehousing cost efficiency improvement; capacity (from 380 palette to 720), racking system, new contracts
- Maintenance: implementing a spare parts management system leading to reliable operating one.
- Planning: Establishing the inbound material, capacity and production planning
- Production: excess of not less than 25% of running capacity.
- Purchasing: local supply of glass jars instead of imported ones.
- Setting procedures and flow of work that makes it easier for engineers to do their job and makes it faster for the clients to solve their problems.
- Establishing and enhancing a "Call Center" within 6 months.
- Setting and developing customer / dealer data base.
- Monitoring and evaluating problems, staff performance, clients needs & demands… etc either for Installation or Maintenance Sections (by surveys, 360 feedback system...)
Procurement Dept:
Buying from foreign and local suppliers
Managing freight & Custom Clearance
Sales Order Processing:
Checking Profit & Loss Sheet of orders
Invoicing
Auditing the Warehouse
Assuring customer satisfaction
Warehouse:
Receiving items of Purchase Orders, Issuing items of Sales Orders
Delivering orders for customers.
This job involves a thorough and very precise coordination between departments.
Responsibilities:
* Setting:
1- Annual production plan for the factory which mainly includes:
a. A net schedule of production for each final product distributed over months
b. Factory's needs of raw materials
c. The resolved investments for each department in the factory
d. Needs of uniform, vehicles, fixtures… Etc.
2- Monthly production plan (detailed one)
* Issuing:
1- Detailed monthly production plan: Qty of FP (cartons, tons), Shifts, Timing.
2- Purchasing plan & orders to Purchasing Dept. and following up factory's needs with it
3- Daily job order to Production Dept.
* Follow up on:
1- Needs of local & Export Sales Dept. (Forecast)
2- The out of specs products with Quality Control Dept.
3- Damage and break down of machines with Maintenance Dept.
4- Shipment schedule with Shipping Dept
- Inventory optimization
- Report issuing such as; stock report, factory's efficiency report, periodic consumption reports...
