Reporting to the scaffolding superintendent on the daily progress on the scaffolding activities on
the site; my major responsibilities are as follow.
Monitoring daily scaffolding works and to effect the day to day production of scaffolding on the
site and Supervising/Coordinating/Interfacing the production of scaffolding duties to improve
production and ensure effective use of scaffold materials and manpower to clearly understand the
area’s scaffolding are needed.
To ensure the scaffold requisition system and handover is disciplined, strictly adhered to and
maintained and to monitor and manage the scaffolding HSE responsibility at site and to attend
morning tool box talks.
To monitor/verify the weekly and monthly scaffolding and construction progress measurement to
maximize the effectiveness of the system type scaffolding purchased, and ensure the scaffold sub
contractor and construction areas allocate the most appropriate type of scaffolding to the job
experience in construction supervision. The tasks what identify and measures are put in place to
control them before causing harm to the workforce through job safety analysis and tool box talk
(JSA & TBT).
Ensure scaffold erection is in accordance with the international scaffold standard (CITB) and the
rule of working at height governs all crew while on site.
Ensuring the safe scaffolding on the plant and working to meet up the demand of scaffold for the
TAR.
Interfacing with other department of the TAR to ensure a proper work planning and execution,
ensuring the full complying of the company HSE policy & the procedures & view to the policy of
permit to work system adhere to rising of general work and confine space entry permit.
