Responsibilities during shutdown & startup was as under;
i) Disconnection and Reinstalling of field Instrument such that transmitters,
Gauges control valves, sensors and vibration probes from the effected
equipments.
ii) Rectifying faults in Control Valves, On off valves
iii) Installation, removal and rectifying the RTD TCs.
iv) Vibration Probes Installation and removal.
v) Calibration of Control valves.
vi) Descaling of transmitters, Positioners, gauges, control valves etc.
vii) New Connection & Terminations, Glanding, for all damaged and old.
viii) Calibration of Transmitters.
ix) Loop checking of Instrument.
x) Support Operation during Plant startup/commissioning step by step.
xi) Cleansing of Scanners, Iginitors.
xii) Function Test and Stroke Testing.
Chemanol is private Methanol Chemical Company where i work as an
Instrument Technician during Shutdown Maintenance of Instruments like
Control Vales, Flow/Pressure/DP Transmitters, Thermocouples, RTDs, Level
Transmitters etc...
And completion of shutdown in safe environment with full fill efforts.
Worked as Permit Receiver for Maintenance Team working in shutdown to obtain permit for them with safety rules and procedures.
Make sure the work completion with safe manners by continuous observation on site.
Worked as CSR in National Telecommunication Company of Pakistan (OPTCL) .
