• Following emergency response procedure, periodic review & conducting practical emergency exercise, fire fighting drills & delivering toolbox talk & training on topics specific to the scope of work and COVID-19 measure.
• Preparation of fire extinguishers & emergency evacuation plan & effectively managing fire safety & fire prevention for the various work site & storage warehouses, and maintain the inspection and service record of fire safety equipment’s.
• Investigating & preparing accident report, incident report, near miss and dangerous occurrences report in the prescribed format to take the action to avoid further recurrence.
• Identifying the safety training based on the site activities (authorized persons to conduct inspection, fire fighter, PTW performers, first aider etc.) and arranging the training sessions well on time in close coordination with concerned.
• Assisting the management in effective scheduling and performing safety audits, inspections, and safety committee meeting evaluation, review, action and implementation on safety, health & environmental hazards of construction development and all engineering operational activities.
• Ensuring good waste management system according to the government authorities at work site.
• Ensuring good welfare facilities and transport safety at site.
Responsibility are monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. To ensure the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented. Also ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan.
Maintain firefighting & fire alarm system at the unit, conducting fire drill and giving training to the sites, school & offices staff, take survey, inspection of the site and reports writing. Testing & commissioning of Fire Alarm Control Panel. Complete installation of firefighting & Fire Alarm Control system.
Experience of providing training, updating document policy and investigate unsafe conditions also experience of providing safety supports to working site facilities. Implement of the company’s new HSE-MS on all locations and site. Monitoring the company HSE performance and analyzing data. Develop, managing and monitoring the Work Permit Procedures and applications. Assessment, analyzing and managing of all job hazards evolved on work locations.
