Responsible for develop and maintain relationship with customers and prospects.
Responsible to prepare and present technical Product Demonstration.
Responsible for preparing reports, submitting proposals and documentations of all
type of transformers and follow up with the factory for the production of customer
orders.
Responsible for develop and maintain technical product documentation, including user
manuals, installation guides and technical specifications.
Responsible for monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to production team and also work in
design activities to make sure that the customer requirements are met.

• Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. provides product, service, or
equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
• Plan and Modify Products to meet customer needs.
