: Worked with “Etihad Airways Services - Catering” as
Responsible for managing Cleaning Department with an efficient team of cleaning staffs and provide a high standard of cleaning service.
Develop and implement of effetive cleaning manual and training modules to ensure food safety, hygiene standard and staff safety measures are maintained.
Report findings and to liaise with the concerned departments on corrective and preventive actions to be taken.
Regularly looks for possible improvements related to Food Safety, Cleaning & Sanitization( Hygiene) and safety concern.
Advisory support to Hygiene and Safety Management for compliance of regulations and procedures.
Liasion with Govt. Authorities and Airline auditor.
Plan, Schedule & Maintain QHSE support activities for Catering facilites.
Identify & Implement preventive measures to reduce operational exposure to hazards.
Audit and Investigations.
•Preparation of QHSE document for external and internal audit.
•Preparatio of Safe Work Procedure.
•Evaluating Employee QHSE preformance.
•Hazard & Risk Assessment.
•Attending weekly QHSE meeting and suggesting the required changes and modificatios In existing QHSE setups and structurs.
•Preparing schedule for the Traning of staffs and work force as per the requirment.
•Conducting QHSE TBT. Work at height, Confined space and Heat Stress.
•Regular Facility inspetion to assure that, the work is being carried out as per company safety standard.
•Providing support to Higher management to reach company Hygiene and safety policy and target.
•Accident / Incident investigation.
•Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly Inspection report and preparing non-confirmative reports and remedial action to be taken.
•Preparation of JHA as per the scope of work
courses: Certification in Level 2 Award in Food safety in Catering from CIEH. UK. •Certification in Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering from CIEH.
