Daily inspection maintenance and preventive maintenance of Generators, Fire Alarm system, Fire pumps, LV Switch Gears, Lift Pumps, Chiller Pump Panels, Water filtration systems, Access control systems etc. prepares jobs, trains the new workers, Inspect equipment for necessary repairs and keeps the job safe. Check out and verify all the dispatch items. Receive row materials and add details to the inventory. Update and verify the physical stock with inventory details. This is a mineral water bottling plant(franchise of Mc Dowell’s No 1). I have to deals with the installation and pre arraignments of plant for their new high speed fully automatic filling cum capping machine(PLC controlled) and the maintenance and preventive maintenance of existing machines(blow moldings, jar filling, shrinking)and the entire system of a automatic mineral water bottling plant like sand filtering, carbon filtering, micron filters, reverse osmosis, UV filtering etc, Also I have to make necessary drawing(civil and electrical) related with the plant expansion using auto cad
