• CMMS Product Consultant - ABS NS: Based in Dubai office of American Bureau of Shipping looking after the clients in middle-east using ABS NS5 PMS Software.
• Strategically develop, implement, evaluate and maintain the activities, policies and procedures of ABS Nautical Systems (NS5) Fleet Management System.
• Performing business analysis, process control, and Training in Maintenance, Purchasing, Inventory, Crewing & Payroll, QHSSE and Dry-Dock.
• Work with vessel, department managers and staff to ensure proper implementation/application of NS5 across all business functions, including Maintenance, Procurement, QHSSE and Dry-Dock.
• Creating and building vessel databases in Maintenance and Purchasing Module, develop historical maintenance data, as needed, to efficiently capture information that will support operational improvement.
• On-board implementation of NS5 including installation, in depth user training. Create and Maintain User Manuals, Training Courses and Interactive Guides to confirm all crew and shore side personnel are competent in NS5 Operations.
• Provide first-level user support to staff/crew in person, via telephone or e-mail. Liaise with ABS Technical Support TE to document and resolve issues.
• Regular interaction with customers and on-site ABS Consultants world-wide for DB Population.
• Focal point of contact between data team and the customers world-wide for DB Population, regarding specifications lay out for data team as per client’s requirements.
• Tracking the invoicing for data population costs.
• Handling multiple Accounts - Data Services (Database Population, Data Extraction, Digitisation for Maritime Industry). Heading Team of 16 Project Managers (Marine Engineer), as Operations Head.
• Involved Personally in Data Population for major critical plants like Main Engine/Cargo/Power generation/etc.
• Project management and correct assignment of resources for various ongoing Projects.
• Training to the Team Members related to Different Modules of the Software, such as Asset Types, Job Descriptions, Spare Types, Functions Hierarchy, CompTypeJob/CompJob and many others.
• Preparation of Technical Documents for Projects.
• Interacting with Client about the Prospective and running project details.
• Weekly reporting to Director and COO and CEO.
• Training to APM & PM and Data Entry Executives related to Spare Parts Maintenance, Identification and Extraction, PMS/CMMS Data updation/population.
• Financial management of the team (appraisal, training, performance assessments, Target setting and analysis.
• Handling a team of 8 Project Managers (Marine Engineers), as a Team Lead.
• Project management and correct assignment of resources for various ongoing Projects.
