Currently working for Estimation of Wellheads of conventional type, Hub type connection, Quick lock type connection, Xmas tree used for oil & gas production of all sizes ranges from 7 1/16” to 26 3/4” & pressure 2K to 10K.
Handling Tenders for Various clients over the globe like Kuwait Oil Company, BP Iraq, BP Oman, OXY, Oman Oil, Dubai Petroleum, ADNOC, Oil Serve -Iraq, ENI, Total E & P, Cairn India, South Oil Company -Iraq etc.
Material Costing: Costing of API Products covered in API 6A, 5CT, 7-1, 16A, 16C, Complete Wellheads includes Casing Head, Casing Spool, Tubing Spool, Tubing Head Adaptor, Xmas tree, fittings like Crossover, Adaptor spool, Spacer spool, Drilling Spool, Mud Cross, DSA, Tee, Elbow, Cross, Various types of flanges, Casing & Tubing, Fabrication of piping spool, skid used in “OIL & Gas” industries such as refineries, gas processing, drilling companies, petrochemicals.
Costing of Fabrication of piping spool, skid, Structural items and different Fabrication Items.
Quotation: Preparing final commercial & technical tender documents as per the client requirement and discussing with the management before submitting it to client.
Requirement Calculation: Calculating requirement of raw material, consumables, manpower and subcontracting as per requirement of the Client
Client Enquiry Documentation: Reviewing and understanding the technical & commercial aspects of the clients tender
documents
Drawing Review: Ensuring clear understanding of the client’s technical specifications/drawings for the manufacturing and to check the requirement is within company capability for design and manufacturing of wellheads & Xmas tress.
Tendering: Rolling out and managing tender price monitoring to all tendering team. Tracking tender turnaround time and
reducing tendering backlog. Working on various strategy to increase Hit rate and reduce the tender turn around time.
Department Coordination: Working in close association with internal departments (Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, Project, HSE and QA/QC) & subcontractor and compiling the inputs required to submit best techno-commercial proposal
Vendor Quotation: Obtaining quotations from global suppliers for materials & services required from subcontractor as per the requirement of the client to quote the optimum rates
Proposal Format Preparation: Preparing the proposal format in line with Client requirements and company procedures. Ensuring that the proposal document is compliant with Enquiry/Tender requirements and/or identifies alternatives as appropriate
Contract Review: Verifying contract & issuance of work order to the shop floor & discuss with the stack holding departments like Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, Project, HSE and QA/QC regarding the consideration taken during proposal stage in order to get the maximum profitability.
Data Collection: Gathering competitive data from the market, creating date base and analyzing the data to decide the various
marketing policies
