Repair & Replacement of products to settle the product & performance warranty claims.
Coordinating with the design, production, quality & technical support team in China to take the corrective & preventive actions against the field failures
Repaired the defective JBs of SPV modules against the replacement warranty claims which saved the company over USD 1.7 Million in 18 months service.
