As a BDE at BTS MARIN, I am responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering client relationships, and leveraging technical expertise to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. I am committed to achieving business success by implementing innovative solutions.
I facilitated the retail and wholesale sales and supply of Food & beverages to many EU countries, particularly the Netherlands and the UK, using the e-commerce method. Additionally, in conjunction with the advanced web software I developed, I created the largest database on Turkish wine on international platforms.
I acquired knowledge of the factory's operations, safety protocols, and fundamental manufacturing processes. I closely monitored the production stages of various gearbox systems. During this period, I also received essential training and gained experience in the Purchasing, Sales, and Export departments, as well as becoming familiar with ERP programs.
I closely monitored the production processes of band saw machines, overseeing every stage of manufacturing machines with various functionalities. These processes included metal sheet cutting, pressing, bending, welding workshop, CNC machining, assembly, and quality control, allowing me to gain knowledge about each of these steps.
I independently developed the web software and took charge of retailing and supplying textile products using the e-commerce method.
I was responsible for overseeing the general management of the company, including the management and supervision of departments such as procurement, sales, HR, and finance.
I oversaw the production stages of electric motors, quality control tests, and improvement initiatives for production efficiency. I communicated with the engineering team regarding design changes and production methods, gaining knowledge about aluminum and plastic injection molding, CNC machining, various press machines, copper drawing, wire production, assembly, and product development on the production line.
In a quality control position, I assumed responsibilities such as inspecting production processes and products, observing the compliance of products on the production line with quality standards, conducting measurements and tests to generate quality reports, utilizing quality control equipment, identifying defects, and contributing to the production of products of exceptional quality.
I studied Mechanical Engineering at Bogazici University in Turkey, which was founded in 1863 as Robert College, the first American college established outside of the United States' borders. Boğaziçi University is ranked number one among the Best Global Universities in Turkey, according to U.S. News and World Report’s Education Bulletin.
