Summary of Job Responsibilities
• Keep the Spare Parts Stock Register and Updates as per Purchase & Issue Items.
• Receive Spare Parts / Material Request from Supervisor / Foreman and make arrangements to purchase if the item is not available in stock.
• Check the quantity of the spare parts frequently to verify the quantity with the reports.
• Make PAF for materials / spare parts and receive LPO or Work Order from the Head Ofice from the same.
• Preparing any type of reports & information from available source data, as and when required by Manager.
• Every month end, recording all transactions during that month, in a special format by collecting data from GRS, Waybills, Petty Cashes.
• Making daily reports which include Employees attendance, Company Supply details Material received & transfer, etc.
• Preparing Monthly reports by using daily delivery voucher and also Memos, etc.
• Preparing all yearly reports at the end of every year.
• Preparing time cards for daily wage employees and Time sheet for Monthly salaried employees by checking concerned daily reports.
• Maintain personal file for each employee & updated employees information.
• Handling with employee's requirements such as Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Duty resume Note, Passport withdrawal, accident reporting, etc.
• Keeping all files in the ofice for incoming and outgoing documents in a fair and good manner, for the ease of handling documents as and when required.
