Business Requirement Analysis and Conceptual Design:
Axiom Telecom (Technology Retailer): Responsible of doing all business discovery, gathering requirements and conceptual design of the dashboards in the following areas: CRM, Complaint Management Systems, Internal and Retail Store Audit Systems, Quality and Kaizen Systems, Task Management Systems, and Mystery Shopper Systems.
Emaar Leasing Dashboards: 38 Dashboards are prepared by the team under my leadership for Emaar Mall Group Leasing Project.
Emaar Chairman and CEO Dashboards: Responsible of creating conceptual design and developing the dashboards containing P&L summary, receivables, tenant sales statistics, malls’ occupation statistics and tenant category statistics.
Jumeriah Group and Rotana Hotels Hospitality POC: Responsible of analyzing hospitality business and creating conceptual designs for corporate level dashboards in which hotels, restaurants and spa businesses are covered.
Ministry of Labor Statistics DW Implementation: Responsible of gathering the customer requirements regarding labor market indicators, and finding out and implementing their calculation methodologies in Datamart level.
Datamart Design:
Axiom Telecom (Technology Retailer): Datamart design (more than 70 tables). Ministry of Labor Statistics DW Implementation: Datamart design containing 50 tables coming from internal and external data sources.

Business Requirement Analysis and Conceptual Design:
More than 200 outspread reports which were aiming to trace customer telecom usage were analyzed in terms of common business dimensions and metrics for Pricing & Data Analysis Department. Instead of these spread reports, dynamic, prompted and communized reports were developed to fulfill the business requirements of different teams in multiple departments.
Data Mining applications: It was achieved to create a system which can determine automatic control group for a specific treatment group in a sense that demographics and telecom service usage of both groups are similar. This system was integrated part of Microstrategy Data Mining functionality by employing clustering analysis.
After gathering the business requirements about customer interaction KPIs, web and mobile dashboard conceptual designs were prepared and those dashboards were developed for Customer Experience Department. It was the first time that one department of Turkcell (the biggest telecom operator in Turkey with 40 million subscribers) started using mobile dashboards.
Web based dashboards and many reports were designed and developed for Fraud Management Team. Since these reports and dashboards were using operational data as data source, all operational reports were prepared with a joint work of fraud system analyst team.
BI Architect:
Developing and maintaining schema and security objects. Responsible of preparing enterprise dashboards (Mobile and Web based Dashboards). Business intelligence Analyst Duties:
Responsible of communicating with business users, gathering business requirements and preparing conceptual designs of reports or dashboards for the following systems: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Salary Module, Billing Module, Bid Module, Accounting Module, and Istanbul Transportation Module.
Source systems (ODS) were examined and communication with IT system owners was sustained to fulfill the reporting requirement of internal customers. Various contributions were provided in planning and designing data warehouse systems (Defining Table Patterns, ETL rules, Data Warehouse Interface Requirements)
Data Mining Applications: A prediction study has been made to forecast the load of transportation system in Istanbul by employing the regression analysis.
BI Development Duties:
Responsible of constructing module (project) data infrastructure, logical and physical Microstrategy Models. Responsible of creating and maintaining reports, documents and dashboards. UAT tests were also planned and completed.
Database (Oracle 10g) Duties: Responsible of creating views, materialized views and PL/SQL procedures in Oracle 10g platform which are necessary for reporting infrastructure.
