As a Professional, I have exercised all aspect of Cost and Contract management discipline for extensive infrastructure projects in the Middle East. I have engaged in all requisites of the profession. It includes both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract administration. However, my major exposure being in Post-Contract administration, which includes the Post-Contract administration, interim and final valuations, Change Order management, Claim management, etc.
o Liaise with Employer commercial team as and when required
o Review and Recommendation of Interim payment certificates
o Assessment of Variation and Recommendation Report to the Client
o Evaluation of Claims
o Prepare Maintain and Update Change Management Logs
o Coordinate with the construction supervision team to establish, track & account the change orders
o Contractual correspondence.
