Ensuring that weld inspection, examination and test are carried out and documented in accordance with the Quality Control Plan for site activities, verifying the inspection records and validating the relevant results.
Qualification of the Painting system and painting procedures
Qualification of the painters blasters.Monitoring painting coating activities
Monitoring Filing and retaining NDT reports and inspection reports.
Final Inspection Review of Test-Packages.
Initiate DR or NCR and following for correction as required
Monitoring of the welding activities, checking in particular the adequacy of joint preparation protection and provision in case of rain, wind, low temperature etc.
Checking the adequacy of the heat treatment technique and the recorded diagram
Checking the repairs is correctly made.
Experience in working as a Senior QA Engineer in CIVIL, building projects. Responsible for the entire QA/QC activities at site including participation in audits, Preparation of ITP’s, Review of technical documents, Preparation Material submittals as per specifications and contract documents. Co-ordination with QA/QC Manager for the follow up of the day to day activities and Quality Management System as per ISO 9001.

Experience in working as a Senior QA/QC Engineer in oil and gas and building projects. Responsible for the entire QA/QC activities at site including participation in audits, Preparation of ITP’s, Review of technical documents, Preparation Material submittals as per specifications and contract documents.  Implementation of Project quality plan & Quality management system.
 Assist Project Engineers on resolution of quality related issues. Identify quality goals, audit plans, and maintain audit records, NCR, correction action and closeout records.
 Implement relevant QA and QC training for all site personnel.
 Based on audits, reviews and observations identify gaps and possible risks from quality perspective that may impact project quality and schedule.
 Participate in equipment/material inspection, FAT processes.
 Reviews materials specifications, supplier's records and technical reports in terms of quality aspects. Manage TPI services where applicable.
 Maintain effective Quality records, ensure documents control systems are implemented and maintain traceability mechanism.
 Establish QA program, review, monitor and report on compliance, deficiencies and required improvements and ensure that the project team, LTSC, suppliers have quality management systems in place and are complying with project quality requirements.
 Liaise with Document Control for records management.
 Carry out internal audits to verify that relevant procedures are adequate and effective.
 Ensure that QA activities are adequately described in document procedures.
 Assist with the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) process
 Raising & tracking of Non Conformances, Deviation Requests & Corrective Actions etc.
 Following approved MAR and ITP as per specifications and contract documents.
 Co-ordination with Sr. Site QC Manager / Construction Manager for approvals of material and day to day activities.
 Co-ordination with Site QC’s & CQCC for RFI’s, testing of materials and dealing with quality issues at site.
