Student engagement
• Evaluates student engagement and satisfaction through the development and implementation of regular survey
• Coordinates, develops and promotes programs and services aimed at enhancing the student experience

• Organize and process registration materials to students.
• To circulate emails to groups of students, as necessary, on academic-related matters as required (e.g. notification of study skills sessions, tutorial feedback forms)
• Working in collaboration with Faculty departments and campus partners to develop, improve and promote a cohesive orientation program .
Strategic Advice and Support
• Provides supports to all student engagement issues and opportunities
• Drafts correspondence and reports for the Management as required
• Provides direct academic support including academic skill development, strategy assistance, monitoring progress and performance and assistance with registration and orientation
• Batch allocation and student grievance handling.
