 Our Planning Department given the BTS Band configuration (2G(900 & 1800)\3G).There after We Prepare Measurement of Materials (MOM) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) in Accessories Materials of Infra Completed Sites.
 Ready to prepare Materials Request Sheet(SAP Module) for as per MOM & BOQ list Seperate Sites send to the Warehouse.
 Delivered the Materials sites from Warehouse, Check the Materials Physical Quantity and Dc copy Quantity are the same.
 Inform to installation Vendors Team, They are Started the installation work for BTS and Transmission as per our Frequency Planning Rules.
 If the Vendor Completed the Work, After I check the installation and find any Punch points then inform the Vendors team to clear as soon as possible.
 Commisioning the BTS & TransmissionEquipment.After the integrated sites and Halted.
 Finally check the Infra & BTS Completed work there is no Punch points, Then Activated the site and Montioring with in 48 Hours. After Handover to O&M Department.
