As an IT Support Engineer, responsible for providing Technical support and assistance to all system users via IT service desk, Telephone and remote Desktop software, Duties include:

o Provide technical support for more than 200 users and ensure proper maintenance of workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals (include iPhone, iPad, tablets and other devices )
o Deploy new workstations and printers, along with installing operating systems, applications, drivers, and configuring network properties of the systems.

o Providing support in Troubleshooting the basic issues/ problems in Cisco Telepresence.
o Ensuring all hardware operates at its optimum level with latest System updates and patches
o Coordinating and working With IT Security Team for all the issue related to System security and antivirus software such as MacAfee
