Planned and delivered Business Studies at AS and A Level, and contributed to the teaching of AS Level Accounting to achieve the highest academic standards and learning opportunities. Mentored and evaluated the teachers in the Business Department. Ensured the provision and review of appropriate documentation such as Schemes of Work and policies. Pioneered the implementation of ‘Enterprise’ education- Young Entrepreneurs (‘The Business Leaders of Tomorrow’) through Business Studies Exhibitions. Advised the Head of Department on issues relating to the learning and teaching plus ensure effective resource management of each course and lesson as needed. Followed departmental policy for effective monitoring and tracking of student progress and used assessment data to ensure all students have individual targets and are supported in all areas of their work. Conducted workshops for peer training.
