 Ensuring that staff are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company targets and performance standards.
 Responsible for making sure that any gaps in performance or quality are quickly identified and addressed.
 Producing accurate reports on team performance for senior managers.
 Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work.
 Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets.
 Handling client inquiries and acting as the face of the business.
 Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.
 Mentoring and training up junior and new staff. Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets.
 Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
 Implementing new initiatives.
 Involved in the recruitment of new staff.
 Praise team members and creates a positive working environment.
 Ensuring all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly.
 Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance.
 Generate reports for expediting and sorting by priority for follow-up
 Record findings on PO and take corrective actions (change order, etc.)
 Provide L1 support to users on all in-scope processes and applications and escalateto Level 2/Level 3 for issue resolution, if required
 Track and report all requests.
 Identify power users and provide training to end users
 Receive/make calls, emails and tickets in support of PR-PO cycle.
 Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
 Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
 Keeps users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.
 Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
