Working as a Technical/ Pre-Sales Engineer from Last almost 3 Years. Job Responsibilities include:
 Working with Sales Team to find new clients for Telepresence, Video conferencing, Network Security and Wireless Broadband etc
 Working on the new requirements, RFQs, RFIs and Tenders to prepare a final Financial and Technical Proposal, also including Project Implementation plan along with designs if required
 Providing a solution for Cisco Video Conferencing as per the customer’s requirement.
 Providing a solution for Infinet Wireless Broadband as per the customer’s requirements
 Working on the documentation like Low Level Design, High Level Designs, Project Implementation Plan, Scope of Work, Network Ready for Use (NRFU), As-Bulti document and User guides as well
 Arranging meetings to propose a solution as per clients’ requirement
 Supporting sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions.
 Collaborating with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs
 Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
 Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm.
 Adapting solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
 Coordinating closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
 Providing coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
 Opportunistically pursuing additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborating with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
 Keeping a proper follow up with clients inquiring their queries and solving them, providing a proper support to help close the business
 Account Manager for all Infinet Wireless related requirements/ tasks
 Supporting all Du Project-Infinet Wireless equipment/ licenses related tasks

Additional Working and responsibilities:
 Installation of the Cisco/ Tandberg Video Conferencing series endpoints including C-series codec, Desktop series units, Profile Series, Edge Series, MXP series, MX Series.
 Installation of the Cisco/ Tandberg Video Conferencing series infrastructure including VCS-Control and Expressway, TCS, TMS, MCU and ISND Gateway
 Configuration and support of Video conferencing /TelePresence Systems.
 Performing Site surveys for Pre-WiMAX PTP or PMP links required by the customer, verifying LOS, performing RF scanning using a Spectrum Analyzer and proposing the right antenna direction and height with cable route and frequency.
 Preparing the TSSR and Tower utilization Report for the site proposal.
 Installation of the Antenna, ODU PMP or PTP.
 Software configuration and IP settings
 Manage the procurement and purchase functions of the company
 Manage entire procurement process for the various departments from receipt of requisition to order placement and delivery.
 Utilizing my good technical knowledge and understanding order requirements from pre-sales and preparing the RFQ
 Preparing the purchase orders using CRM, CCW and ERP
 Receive and verify supplier invoices and initiate payment process
 Deliver cost savings for the company. Continuously assess opportunities and potential for costs reduction
 Managing all the warehouse related assignments and duties, also supervising the documentary management for all warehouse transaction records in ERP
 Carry out weekly and monthly business reporting
 Follow the QHSE standards set by the organization while performing the job
