• Specialized in structured Trade Finance, Letter of Credit and financing for foreign receivables in the import. Ensure necessary documentation and conformity with the Import Policy in vogue for Letter of Credit opened on behalf of customers after necessary approvals.
• Ensure due diligence and quality assurance and check that credit line proposals of trade clients are strictly under the guidelines provided and the borrower has been duly appraised.
• Ensure prompt/dispatch of letter of credits. Ensure correct and timely recovery of Mark-Up and Bank Charges. Prompt and regular follow-up of Import cases.
• To ensure implementation of central bank’s Prudential regulations and timely reporting and submission of statements to central bank, Head Office and other relevant regulatory authorities including foreign correspondence
