• During Initiation, Preparation of Kick-off Meeting presentation for the Project Sponsors & Client.
• During planning phase, Preparation of EPC schedule for project using Company Organizational Process Assets while keeping in view all Enterprise Environmental Factors.
• During Planning Phase, Development of Different Project Planning procedures, using Organization Process Assets, for the project such as: Planning & Scheduling Procedure, Progress Monitoring Procedures, Reporting Procedures, Productivity Measurement Procedures.
• Development of Resources Mobilization Plans, Organ gram, Relevant Registers (Document Control Register (DCR), Procurement Services Register (PSR), Subcontractor Services Register (SSR), Risk Register (RR)), Relevant logs (Issue Log, Change Log, Delay Log), Progress Monitoring System, Reporting System.
• During Planning phase, Review of contract draft and bid documents for developing Scope Baseline; Identification of key points in SOW (Scope of Work) for developing WBS structure; Clarifications of ambiguous points in contract draft for clear scope definition.
• During Execution Phase, Construction Subcontractor Management, Client Management for this Fast Track project on day to day basis by Daily Site Coordination Meetings with client & sub contractor.
• Organizing the construction team to ensure that work can proceed without interruption and generating the adequate front. Preparation of Productivity reports for piping to measure their performances
• Participation in daily, weekly and monthly meetings with construction management to review previous progress, efficiency analysis and future plans
• Utilization of Different Project management Tools such as: Two Week Look Ahead plan, Daily Construction Report, Level 4 Plan for critical activities.
• Technical Bid Evaluation of Final Bids of different construction sub contractors.
• During Monitoring & Controlling, Inform of the progress, work priorities and anticipated delays. Prepare critical path analysis; and to suggest timely corrective action/ revisit execution strategy in consultation with the execution team for achieving of Project Objectives.
• Perform Quality Audit of Sub Contractor Planning systems on periodic basis.
• During Monitoring phase, controlling the schedule by developing latest forecasts of baselines plans for mechanical completion.
Responsible for Cost Estimation, Bid Planning and preparation of technical & commercial dossiers for various small & large scale projects and preparation of contracts
Dealing with all Pre Shipment Inquiries for VELOSI by consulting operational centre & branch offices
Weekly progress report generation & preparation of Invoice & follow up
RBI Analysis of variouss stationary equipments & process piping as per recommended practice highlighted in API 580 & procedure as per API 581. Worked as a Project Engineer for various projects
Design of Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger (AES, BJU, NEN, AET etc) as per TEMA Class ‘R’, using COMPRESS 6258 followed by techno commercial evaluation and Comprehensive Bid Evaluation Report. Review & Approval of Shop Fabrication Drawings provided by Vendors.
•Design of Various Pressure Vessels as per ASME Section VIII Div 1 using COMPRESS 6258 followed by techno commercial evaluation and Comprehensive Bid Evaluation report. Review & Approval of Shop Fabrication Drawings provided by Vendors.
•Development of Piping Layout using Code B31.3, Abstraction and Development of Isometric from Piping Layout, Stress Analysis of Isometric using CAESAR-II, Finalization of Piping Support based on the Stress Analysis report.
•Procurement & Technical Evaluation of Caustic Concentrator Plant (From 30% to 50%) which involve Selection of metallurgy of Piping and Inter Connecting Equipments & detail techno commercial evaluation report..
•Procurement & Technical Evaluation of Hypo Chlorite Plant which involve Selection of metallurgy of Piping and Inter Connecting Equipments & detail techno commercial evaluation report.
•Procurement & Technical Evaluation of Pumps & Air-cooled Heat Exchanger as per API Std.
