Provide leadership and guidance to the MEA project team and monitor the projects’ implementation timescales and resources to ensure the projects achieve milestones and remain within budget. Partner with Sales, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and other Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to ensure that projects are effectively prioritized, resourced, managed, and delivered. Design and implement processes, solutions, and best practices to facilitate communication, and empower project managers to perform their roles effectively.
• Manage complex trouble programs and turn them into a successful engagement.
• Deliver projects through subcontractors and partners and enforce project governance.
• SOW and contracts review, ensuring back-to-back contracting with customers and partners.
• Pragmatically engage with customers and resources to build trust and strong relations.
• Being a customer advocate and observe customer needs and spot out new opportunities.
• Successfully manage tough discussions, conflicts, and overcomes roadblocks.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams to deliver the project on time.

• Build and maintain solid relationship with customers & stakeholders.

• Manage team size of 30 IT consultants, quality engineers, and project managers.
• Create reliable projects budgets and cash forecasting.
• Achieve revenue objectives, manage invoices as planed and maintain projects cash flow.
• Reduce project cost and maintain desired quality.
• Identify projects risks and mitigation plan. Taking preventive and corrective actions to avoid and address project issues.
