Mechanical maintenance Engineer, Al FARAA international General Contracting January 2016 till Now.
Project : Presidential Guard Command - Zayed Military City and Abu Dhabi Area
Role : Project Engineer - Air Conditioning systems installation and maintenance.
Duration : 2 years contracts + Variations.
Project Camps: (Special Operations, Reconnaissance, Tank Battalion, Al Ajban and Seeh Hafir, Taweela, Sir bunaeer Island, Bateen, Presidential Flight, Electronic shooting Range, Mushrif)
• Prepare assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs and projects.
• Prepare the weekly and monthly projects planned work report and work done reports.
• Responsible for preparing the projects invoices and colleting the payments in its certain times.
• Involve in department's routine operations by handling repairs and assisting management with administrative duties.
• Perform major repair of hired mechanical systems.
• Prepare process plans for new parts, time studies and prepare quotations for parts.
• Determine equipment required and justification through conducting feasibility studies.
• Develop and maintain relations with Engineering Manager, consultant, manufacturing, quality and maintenance
• Departments on manufacturing concerns.
• Decide on equipment, materials and subcontract sources.
• Supervise installation and reallocating and initial startup of engineering equipment.
• Perform and record machine tool capability studies.
• Identify and debug for production problems as needed.
• Modify processes to enhance operation productivity.
• Assign, train, develop and supervise work of engineering department.
• Ensure accident estimates are prepared promptly, repairs are done timely and liaise with surveyor.
• Develop relations with external customers on improvement work.
• Grab new projects to increase the work capacity and achieve our yearly goal.
