I have a responsibility of:
1. Preventive Maintenance:Design and implement maintenance schedules for
critical systems like BMS, Generators, CCTV, Fire Systems, UPS, Access System to
ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime and make a report after
every 3 months. Utilize building management systems to monitor and control
facility operations remotely, ensuring real-time responsiveness.
2. Corrective Maintenance:Lead troubleshooting efforts for system failures,
employing systematic approaches to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly.
3. Inspection:Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure, identifying and
addressing potential safety hazards proactively.
4. Operation:Oversee the operation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
systems(MEP), ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
5. Vendor & Contract Management: Manage facility improvement projects from
conception to completion, coordinating with contractors and vendors effectively.
6. Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate documentation of facility
layouts, equipment specifications, and maintenance records.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety
regulations, promoting a culture of safetywithin the facility. Manage daily health
and safety issues including maintaining regular scheduled meetings, records of fire
and safety teams, fire drills, safety equipment, and training programs.
8. Multi-Tasking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facility
operations with organizational goals and enhance overall productivity. Respond to
trouble ticket requests within agreed SLAs while managing and tracking building
operations stock including bulbs, filters, batteries, cameras and power supplies.

I have a responsibilities in
1. Technical Maintenance & Hard Services:
Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Develop and enforce a strict maintenance schedule
for all Systems covering HVAC, BMS, Generators, Plumbing, water system (RO &
PW), Electrical Panels, Calibrations, UPS, CCTV, and Fire Systems.
Corrective Maintenance: Manage the rapid response to breakdown requests raised
by departments and note down in their log.
Infrastructure Sustainability: Monitor water treatment plants (RO stations), sewage
systems, and LT/HT Rooms to ensure uninterrupted utility supply to all sites.
Testing and Monitoring: Ensure the testing of HVAC filters (F6, F9, and HEPA),
Water Filters, and DOP test to run smooth factory systems. Manage Calibration
activities in QC and QA labs.
2. Civil Works: Oversee building repairs, painting, carpentry, and minor
refurbishments to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of the facilities.
3. Asset Management & Asset Register: Create and maintain a digital inventory
of all company assets (Engineering items like tools, Filters, Electronic Equipment,
Paints, Electrical Sockets, Batteries, Water and Air Filters, etc.).
Asset Life-cycle: Track the age and condition of assets to advise Management on
when to repair vs. when to replace (CAPEX planning).
Tagging & Auditing: Implement an asset tagging system and conduct random
physical audits at sites to ensure equipment assigned to the teams is accounted for.
4. Managerial Skills:
New installation: Having responsibility to maintain paperwork like SOPs,
Qualification (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ) documents before and after new installation of any
machine with risk assessment.
Non-Compliance: If anywork is not performed as their SOP, I am responsible to
raise deviation report, investigate through RCA and resolve this issue with
Corrective action and preventive action (CAPA).
5. Documentation:
Engineering SOPs: Create ensure
Work request and permit: Ensure record everywork request and work permit
after every complaint note logbook.
Testing Documents: Ensure the testing, performance as per their SOP of documents, HEPA filters DOP Bubble point filter
water test, Electrical load test, Boiler safety test.
6. Team Leadership:
Technical Team Management: Lead and supervise the maintenance workforce.
Resource Allocation: Deploy technicians sites based on orders.
Performance Monitoring: Track the teams Mean Time to (MTTR)
7. Vendor & Contract Management.
Specialized Contractors: Manage contracts for services on time before due dates
that cannot be in-house (e.g., Elevator maintenance, DOP Test, Air velocity
and air pattern test, External Calibration for QA/QC Lab).
Spare Parts Procurement: Manage the technical store, ensuring critical spares
(compressors, breakers, filters) always to avoid delays.
8. Health, Safety & Compliance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure (Fire
alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits, Access etc.).
Safety Audits: Regularly inspect boiler rooms, electrical rooms, Effluent Treatment gas areas to identify and eliminate

• Responsible for preparing and maintaining documents such as SOPs and
Qualification documents for new machine installations, along with conducting
risk assessments.
• Oversee all engineering activities and ensure timely reporting to the engineering
manager regarding any breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Manage factory-wide maintenance tasks and oversee utilities including
Compressor, Chiller, Boiler, UPS, Solar System, Instrumentation, and Calibration.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, handle work requests, and
manage work permits across the plant.
• Ensure all tasks complywith HSE rules and regulations, manage calibration
activities according to cGMP and WHO standards, and verify certificates as per
WHO and ISO-17025.

• It is my responsibility to look after all engineering related activities related
electrical and instrumentation and report to the engineering manager about any
electrical breakdown and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible for minimum
production down time.
• I have managed electrical Distribution boards (DBs) and UPS maintenance work
across the factory. Also I have a responsibility to maintain paper work like SOPs,
work requests, air filters like capsule filters and HEPA filters, compressed air
testing etc.

• In this company, i have a responsibility to control and manage the
Instrumentation and calibration activities with their certificates.
• My responsibility also includes to manage & testing of air filters (0.2 Micron) and
HEPA filters.
• Also responsible for coordination with vendors and contractors regarding utility
work and calibration activities.

• Oversee all engineering activities and promptly report any breakdowns to the
engineering manager to minimize production downtime.
• Manage factory maintenance and oversee utilities including compressors,
chillers, boilers, UPS systems, and instrumentation.
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs and qualification documents before and
after new machine installations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the plant.

• Responsible calibration activities at company site.
• Perform calibration of all gauges (Pressure, Temperature, differential pressure),
controllers, sensors, actuators, safetyvalves, Hygrometers, data loggers and all
QC testing equipments Like pH Meters, Conductivity Meters, Dissolution,
Disintegration, Analytical Balances etc. Operation and maintenance of
equipments at site.
• Also responsible for documentation of operation and certificates of calibration in
hard and soft form.
