Compass is providing catering and housekeeping service to the owner of the site (the army), the engineering company’s (orasscom - Arabian contractors) and the consulting company sistra as well as the two tunnel drilling machines operated by W.F. & H.K. the total no of people we service is 2300 Pax.
My job is managing the operation as well as quality control and cost control for both food and service along with the staff administration (shift planning - time sheet - payroll - staff evaluation and development)

My first position at the group was the Executive Manager for Al Bargasy Batra Tours My task started at the end of March 2012 by transforming Al Bargasy Batra tours company from a single activity transportation agency into a grade (A) full travel and tourism company so my work involved the following:
1- Setting the company Mission & Vision and Value
2- Setting the company short & long term strategic plan
3- Setting the company business & Marketing plan
4- Establishing the company departments according to the business plan ((A)- tourism dep. Outgoing & incoming. (B)- aviation dep. (C)- Domestic tourism & hotel reservation dep. (D)- Hajj & Omrah dep.).
5- Reorganizing the transportation & limousine Dep.. In addition, renovating as well as increasing the company fleet.

Since I started with the transformation, we came across the Egyptian revolution outcome, but In spite that our achievement was outstanding if compared to market situation. I managed to get the company to start all the new department as planed with all the newly added staff and all the common expenses with an acceptable profit margin at the end of our first year, and to top that we closed the second year with 25% profit increase and maintained that presenting up-to-date.
** at September 2014 I was giving the assignment of establishing a profile for Al Bargasy Group and prepare a development training plan and a Curriculum for the group staff as well as establishing a website for each company which is in the launching stage **
