Cover all the plants of cement, power and desalination in the southern region of KSA.
Visiting end user to properly understand the requirement in the plants.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
Analyzing costs and sales;
Preparing reports for head office;
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• Supervising and Monitoring all the HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting related work.
• Schedule meeting with the consultant to carry out inspections on site, get approvals for the technical submittals, materials and drawings from the consultant;
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise;
• Understand the detailed engineering drawings and documents to ensure site work are carried out accordingly;
• Oversee field activities and provide daily updates to Project Management Team Engineer on work progress;
• Preparing of any report as required.
