1.Provide consultancy and training of ISO standards e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 to clients of Al Moalem Institute.
2.Involve in design, implementation, operations, maintenance, and certification of ISO series standards.
3. Responsible to maintain existing certifications of Al Moalem Institute.
4. Conduct training and awareness sessions of ISO series standards to clients.
5. Conduct internal audits in Al Moalem Institute.
6. Conducting Risk Assessment for clients based on ISO standards.
7. Assisting clients in development of audit reports.
8. Providing risk management guidance, including advice on risk assessment, risk treatment, risk acceptance, risk communication, risk monitoring and risk review to clients.
9. Analyse client training needs, organize internal and external training programs, and conduct training sessions as per the requirement.
10. Ensuring that Al Moalem Institute training services and activities adhere and comply to the ISO 9001 and BQA standards.
11. Verify all internal Al Moalem Institute processes against established policies, procedures, and applicable regulations to prevent issues.
12. Track and ensure that services and procedures meet standards and identify problems to resolve.
13. Plan and implement an effective training to clients.
14. Oversee compliance and standard development from documentation to training delivery.
15. Update the records and reports of the Al Moalem Institute performance in quality and other KPI.

1. Ensuring that Quality, FM & HSE Management System of Tadbeir Facilities Management meets the KSA laws and regulations.
2. Documentation, Development, Implementation and Continual improvement of Integrated Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 41001:2018.
3. Monitor and ensure client Quality Assurance & HSE requirements are met on project sites.

18. Ensure periodic fire drills and evacuation drills are conducted for all facilities.
19. Verify environmental aspects and Impact assessments report /register and relevant controls in place.
20. Co-ordinate with FM team on selection of sub-contractor based on Quality Assurance & HSE requirements.
21. Co-ordinate with FM Director in development, documentation and implementation of FM policies and procedures.
22. Support the operations teams in utilizing benchmarking to measure and improve service performance across the business on continual improvements.
23. Monitor, measure, and report Quality Assurance, FM & HSE Statistics on monthly basis.
24. Monitor, measure and analyze Project site QHSE supervisors.
