Analyze equipment performance data, maintenance history, and failure modes to identify root causes and recommend appropriate corrective and predictive maintenance actions
Manage the department's budget, labor resources, and parts/materials inventory to ensure maintenance work is completed on time and within cost targets

Collaborate with the engineering team to incorporate maintainability considerations into the design of new equipment and facilities
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the mechanical maintenance program, including the use of predictive maintenance

Represent the mechanical maintenance department in cross-functional teams and projects
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) programs for OVERMADE PM-2 machine, Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), MacDue, Thai Shueen, Multi-Pack, Global Mecanicca Duplex machines
Plan and execute maintenance for critical paper mill equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, and pulper
Analyze equipment failure data, performance trends, and maintenance history to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
Plan and schedule maintenance work, including coordination of parts, tools, and labor resources
Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance technicians and operators on proper maintenance procedures
Lead the investigation of equipment failures and recommend repairs or upgrades to improve reliability
Monitor maintenance budgets and KPIs, and provide regular performance reports
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance the mill's mechanical maintenance practices

Train and mentor junior maintenance engineers and technicians
