Project Description:
This was a design-and-build project aimed at upgrading the existing Abu Safah Gas Oil
Separation Plant (GOSP) at Ras Tanura, KSA, with the goal of increasing crude oil
production from Abu Safah Gas by 30%. The scope of work included the installation of
vessels, pumps, tanks, piping systems, electrical and instrumentation installations,
auxiliary works, and more.
Job Responsibilities;
o Developed and maintained Master Schedules with logical sequences and
milestones in Primavera P6.
o Monitored project progress, identified potential delays, and proposed effective
mitigation strategies.
o Created baseline, recovery, and revised schedules, ensuring compliance with project goals.
o Managed resources, tracked risks via a risk register, and controlled changes using a
change management tracker.
o Prepared EOT claims through window analysis and delay impact assessments.
o Conducted risk assessments and prepared contingency plans to prevent overruns.
o Managed resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

Project Description:
This was a critical shutdown project involving hydro-cleaning operations of static equipment at
the Petro Rabigh facility. The goal was to ensure optimal performance and safety of plant
equipment by executing thorough cleaning and maintenance activities within a tight shutdown
window. The project required precise planning, coordination, and execution in a high-risk, time-
sensitive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
o Developed and maintained detailed shutdown schedules using Primavera P6.
o Monitored progress and ensured alignment of hydro-cleaning tasks with the overall
shutdown plan.
o Coordinated daily execution plans, ensuring activities adhered to HSE and quality
compliance standards.
o Collaborated with operations and maintenance teams for seamless integration of hydro-
cleaning with broader shutdown activities.
o Tracked actual progress, identified deviations, and implemented corrective actions to avoid
delays.
o Provided daily and final progress reports to site management and client representatives.

The Haradh-Hawiyah Interchanges and Airstrip Project (SAR 370 million) aimed to enhance
transportation infrastructure for Saudi Aramco, including the construction of two
interchanges, a 23 km road, and a solar street lighting system. The project also involved
upgrading the airstrip, including electrical work, lighting, cable charging, and the installation
of the main EMAS system, along with drainage and utility improvements

resource loading.
o Monitored project performance using CPI & SPI metrics, ensuring compliance with
quality, time, and cost constraints.

Projection Description
The Design and Build Calciner Plant project for Ma'aden Aluminum involved the
development of a cutting-edge calciner plant in Ras Al Khair, KSA. The scope included
installing calciner units, tanks, pumps, instrumentation, SCADA systems, steel structure pipe
racks, piping, cables, and associated MEP works.
Job Responsibilities;
o Analyzed contract documents, drawings, and source data to understand project
scope and supported planning and definition of works under the guidance of project
managers.
o Developed and updated project schedules using Primavera P6
o Established baseline schedules and implemented control procedures for monitoring
progress.
o Identified materials, tools, and equipment required for smooth project execution.
o Reviewed construction methodologies, resource and cost loading, activity durations,
and schedule logic for validation.
o Generated Weekly/Monthly progress reports and conducted earned value analyses to
track project health.
o Ensured timely completion of all project deadlines and developed logic for EOT claims
when required.
