As a logistic supervisor responsible for communication, plan, organize, transfer, and coordinate the disposition of company fleet assets, monitor, evaluate and determine the priority of vehicle maintenance, servicing repair projects; to fulfill customer demand on time to utilized maximum fleets because no single driver becomes idle.
Ensures that goods are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the required quantities and coordinates with customers regarding discrepancies and errors in the oversee routes planning and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries and oversee transport to perform distributions in the assigned routes.
Achievements:
Company target 50% to control idle driver trips but we controlled 95% and we give a 98% profit to company.
In my current position we reduce 33% of workshop labour cost and other expenses reduce 25%
Due to reverse logistics company target 70% but we are getting 80%.
Work closely with the business manager, sale persons and other relevant stakeholders to forecast demand & create supply plans that ensure the availability of products in the right quantity each individual entities to avoid both stock-out & aged inventories
To controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement to controls the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure customers receive stocks on time.
Achievements:
Develop an alternate list of suppliers, manage preferred vendors, negotiate volume discounts, developed a standard approach to assessing and managing vendors, and third party suppliers.
In my strategy, we reduced 35% of inventory, 30% labor cost reduction.
To manage the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance/dispatch/delivery of goods per corporate policies and procedures, to receive and acknowledge customer orders
To develop and execute Dispatch and Delivery Plans based on customer orders and inventory on hand and to develop optimal route plans to optimize fleet and manpower productivity whilst achieving targeted customer service levels (OTIF)
To ensure appropriate accounting records for stock receipts, and stock issues /dispatches/deliveries and to ensure inventory control through regular stock counts and variance analysis as per the SOPs defined by Corporate
Identifying the best cost-effective procedure of transportation and warehouse provide 3pl solution and mostly deal only those vendors if they have their own warehouses in Dubai to get any time products from them to satisfying consumer needs and to ensure proper stock management via the implementation of appropriate stock rotation practices (e.g FIFO, FEFO) as per policy so as to avoid obsolescence/write-offs

Therefore I reduce 33% warehouse labor cost, 60% inventory controlled, and 33% of labor we diverted to our sister company to continue their jobs.
Another part of the business we kept our customers 100% retention due to reverse logistic and we got more profit for the company. Before my joining there per month sale of ink & toner hardly 10, 0000AED when I join within 3 months our business increased by more than 90%.
Coordinate and maintain current program documentation with regards to the administration of the fleet policies, fleet insurance, and other applicable company, regulative or legislated requirements
Administer corporate fleet fuel program, including activation and deactivation of driver PINs and vehicle fuel cards, assist managers with fraudulent activity reporting and investigation
Communicate with customers regarding Passenger bus timings and schedules, as well as assist with any customer requests review and respond to passenger behavioral concerns, shift assignment as per business needs.
Achievements:
When I join this company, they just have 4 buses for rental and very limited business.
We gave the strong suggestions to management we need to increase the business then we bought initially 2 buses for rental and first we got it Radisson Blu Hotel Marina contract, within one year we have 20 buses and our total business turnover in millions.
