TRAINING
Certified trainer from dnata responsible for training staff for airport.
Develop training material and keep it updated.
Impart fundamental and basic introductory training to new staff.
Conduct advanced training to enhance skill of existing staff.
Keep record of trainings.
Part of the Counseling and Employee Induction Programs.
Keep top management updated regarding basic and new training requirements.
OPERATIONS
Responsible for ensuring smooth ground operations on sites like Freight Gate 5, Freight Gate 1, Freight Gate 8 and Emirates Sky Cargo.
Ensure optimum deployment and monitoring of almost 500 staff deployed at the above mentioned Cargo related sites under VDR (Volume Driven Operations) and NVDR (Non Volume Driven Operations).
Responsible for planning monthly Cargo Roster.
Responsible for liaison with dnata / emirates staff to ensure smooth operations, cater to their requirements.
Responsible for handling and resolving site end complaints.
Ensure achievement of Efficiency targets and Service levels.
Responsible for generating and sharing weekly reports.
Export & Import
Acceptance of cargo.
Liaise with security authorities to obtain clearance.
Perform build up for the flights based on the load plan.
Prepare load record sheet and tags for the built units.
Prepare manifest for the flights based on the load records.
Perform breakdown of units arrived based on incoming FFM.
Segregate shipment wise and store in the warehouse accordingly.
General
Support the Manager in maintaining records such as tonnage handled per airline.
Liaise and communicate with airlines in handling queries and complaints.
Develop program in Ms excel to provide FAB (flown as booked) details of the customer airlines.
Submit monthly statistical reports to Line Manager.
Responsible for Sales of Cargo.
Responsible for all customer service activities.
MBA with majors in Marketing and CGPA of 3.48
