statements for Employee Old Age Benefit

• Coordinate and liaising with management on the
annual budgeting, salary review process and
annual bonus program
• Assist C&B manager in tasks such as insurance
and medical policy, annual tax statement issuance
to employees, salary reviews and bonuses
disbursement and review exercises of benefits
