Intake of the raw material (packaging & production items) from different vendors and recorded them in computerized system (SMS) after the approval of the R & D or concerned department.
Issue the required quantity to different departments.
To manage and maintain the coaching discipline and decorum.
Keep the record the students manually and on computerized system.
Also keep the record of notes inventory (incoming and outgoing) manually and computerized system.
Manage the academic activities of the coaching like class time table, monthly test schedule, midterm examination and pre - board examination (Prelims).
Collect fees and record in fee register.
Prepare partial accounts of the coaching.
Purchase office stationary and other necessities of the Centre.
Also manage and assist in practicals during practical classes (sessions) of coaching.
Managing practical for class IX and X of subjects Chemistry, Biology & Physics.
Managing and Maintaining Science Lab for class VI to VIII.
Maintain and Managing the Computer Lab for Class IV to IX
Chemistry, Botany, Zoology & Physics of Class XI & XII
Setup the Labs for regular in Academic session and Board examination according to the requirements.
Explain and Demonstrate the Practical to the students and helped them in workout.
Purchase the lab equipment and chemicals.
Keep the record of lab equipment and chemicals.
Prepare the inventory year end and Purchase list of equipment and chemicals for the next year.
Record the stock (inventory) of the shop
