Project.: The project involves the strengthening, rehabilitation, and waterproofing of concrete for 12 Mega tanks and 6 valve houses in Riyadh. These structures collectively store 660, 000 cubic meters of water.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise contractors and ensure they adhere to the project scope, schedule in achieving milestone dates.
• Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify variances in project performance.
• Communicate with the teams for any potential issues or risks that may impact scope, time and cost.
• Share critical issues with all stake holders that can impact cost, schedule, and performance.
• Provide technical support and responding to the contractor queries.
• Resolve the non-conformance report arises during the work.
• Provide expert assistance in developing project execution plans, quality control & Health & Safety plans.
• Review changes in plan and ensure that any changes should go through change control process.
• Verify contractor quantity claims in their invoices on the site.
• Review submittals Shop Drawings, Method of statement, Project Quality Plan (PQP) Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Requests for Inspection (RFIs), Quantity Inspection Report (QIR), invoices, and variation orders.
• Verify quality standards during the work at all stages.
• Witness field test like compaction, concrete test, coring, pull off test, DFT as part of project quality plan.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports about the project progress
• Ensure minimizing the conflict in order to accomplish the project on schedule.
Project.: Assessment of Sabic Housing in Jalmudah, Jubail involves conducting both Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Semi-Destructive Testing to evaluate the integrity of the concrete structure affected by corrosion.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform field investigations and execute a variety of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures, including Ultra Sonic Pulse Velocity, Half Cell Potential, Ground Penetration Radar, Concrete Resistivity, and Rebound Hammer Test. Additionally, carry out SDT for chloride, conduct compressive tests, and assess rebar section loss.
• Evaluate the degree of structural deterioration by analysing data obtained from site evaluations and test results. Skilfully create crack mapping drawings, compile detailed reports outlining the extent of deterioration, quantify the damage, describe repair methodologies, and specify the requisite materials for restoration.
• Estimate the time and cost involved in the repair process.
• Implement necessary safety measures to ensure secure and effective repair procedures.
Project.: Evaluate the condition of the running Sea Water Supply and Return Pipe line heading to Vinyl chloride monomer plant in Jubail during the annual maintenance turnaround.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conducting an inspection to accurately identify deteriorated locations, and performing various tests, to assess structural integrity.
• Assist in preparation of final report.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct structural assessments and propose repair methodologies based on assessment findings.
• Generate Quantity Take-off & Material Take-Off, and develop Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for necessary repair. Create comprehensive contract packages, including drawings, scope, and specifications, prior to the tendering process.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure the quality of work adheres to recommended methods.
• Review contractor submittals, including method of statement, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), inspection requests, quality and safety plans, and material approvals.
• Evaluate recommendations from the contractor for changes in execution and quantities.
• Verify that all materials used and field tests performed align with the Method of Statement and specifications.
• Address and respond to the contractor's technical submittals and queries.

RESEARCH PROJECT: Petrographic Examination Of Aggregates In Relation To Engineering Properties Affecting Pavement Serviceability. •Collection of aggregates from different quarries across the city. •Cutting them to small pieces and grinding them up to size of a slide (1”x1”). •Analyze the different properties of rock under high power Carl Zeiss microscope. •Giving conclusion about how aggregates from different quarries produce various distresses in the pavement.
