Currently working in ND SatCom Dubai as Satellite Communication Field Engineer and performing the following activities
• Site surveys, Integration, Installation & Commissioning of Satellite Communication Systems(fixed/mobile/networks)
• Create documentation according ND SatCom standard such as:
a) Built design documentation
b) Test documentation (Network FAT & OSAT)
• Supervision and execution of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and On Site Acceptance Testing (OSAT)
• System Maintenance & Support (Planning & Performing)
• Participation in on-call Support duty (24 x 7) on request
• Initial System Operation Support (Remote or Onsite)
• Inter-divisional support for all ND SatCom relevant Projects/Products
Worked in Ericsson Pakistan as Service Engineer Experienced and provided Support to local and regional customers (STC, Mobily, Etisalat, Warid, and MTN) in software upgrades like. My Job responsibilities were as below
• Troubleshoot HW and SW problems in Core Nodes
• Troubleshooting and Fault Handling for AXE-810 and APG40 related Critical Alarms.
• MSC/MSS debugging configuration for call and signalling path, traffic cases analysis, Sigtran, RCA for different KPIs, Traffic outage analysis.
• Good knowledge in various Signalling Protocols.
• Emergency handling For APG40 C-2 and C-4.
• SW Update & Upgrades for AXE, MGW and APG
• Handling CSR’s from different customer like Etisalat (Dubai), Warid (Pakistan), MTN (Afghanistan) and CMPAK (Pakistan).
• Network Audit of core nodes for optimization and to meet the required KPI for customers like STC
• Providing remote support to integration team and Onsite integration
Short Term Assignments
R13.2 MSC Upgrade for Etisalat (UAE) 25 Sep 2011 to 23 Dec 2011
• MSC upgrade from R11 to R13.2, which was in two steps first from R11 to R12.1 and then R13.2 from R12.1.
• APG preparation for upgrade, AGM17 and AGM18 updates
• Health checks of the nodes before planning the upgrades
• Perform activities to make the nodes fault free
• Open project CSRs and take follow up from 2nd line, then solution implementation
• Meet customer to present the progress and follow ups for pending issues
09A BSS Upgrade for Etisalat (UAE) 06 April 2011 to 15 May 2011
• BSS upgrade 07B to 09A on BSCs with APZ21230/33/55 and APG40/43
• APG preparation for upgrade, AGM18 and AGM317 updates
• Health checks of the nodes before planning the upgrades
• Perform activities to make the nodes fault free
• Emergency handling with 2nd line support if something unexpected happen during Upgrade
• Open project CSRs and take follow up from 2nd line, then solution implementation

HUAWEI (IN O&M Engineer) -August 07 to September 07
• Internee in O&M of IN department.
• Alarm Monitoring and Fault Management of Huawei IN nodes.
• Assist the engineers in the maintenance of SSP's, SMP's, and SCP's.
• Performed IN nodes Support to all related technical and customer services departments, and resolve network problems in coordination with them
