Taking measures for Cost Control by adopting best practices. Keeping vigil that the internal checking system is in place and working effectively. Taking adequate measure if there is any lapse and reporting the same to the management.
Prioritizing, scheduling, re-scheduling and forecasting payments as per funds availability for maintaining smooth cash flow and look for options to increase the cash inflow in case of shortage. Provide Break-Even Analysis and Feasibility Studies/Reports for the new as well as existing projects.
Assisting in arrangement of Finances for companies. Ensure the company abides by the Statutory & Regulatory Compliance viz. Labour Laws, VAT Laws and local regulations.
Managing, motivating, and training the subordinate staff in software modules, documentation process, and information flow to create a hindrance free accounting experience for better work efficiency. Yearly evaluation & KPI of staff. Managing and approving staff leave schedule

Administrative

Formulating Accounting Policies & Procedures, control methods to be followed within the group and implementing the same with proper follow up.
