In this role, effectively manage and supervise a large MEP team comprising 400 personnel. Oversaw the
installation, testing, commissioning, and facility maintenance of equipment in accordance with design and project
specifications.
• Prioritize the smooth progress of activities at every phase of installation, ensuring that each milestone is met as
planned. Clear communication is maintained with all individuals on-site to ensure everyone is aligned with the
project's objectives.
• As a liaison between the design and construction teams, possess a deep understanding of Revit MEP and Aecosim
Building Designer Connect Edition modeling techniques. I collaborate closely with the design team to identify and
resolve any design errors prior to implementation.
• International standards such as NFPA, IPC for Plumbing, and SMACNA & ASHRAE for HVAC are strictly adhered to
during the installation process. And dedicated to maintaining site discipline, work ethics, and fostering a cohesive
team dynamic.
• Identifying potential risks and resolving high-level technical issues are integral parts of my responsibilities.
Coordinate closely with the design team to address any challenges that may arise, ensuring the successful
execution of the project in compliance with plans and specifications.
• In addition, generate work plan ideas and provide clear work instructions to assigned teams, ensuring effective
coordination and timely completion of MEP activities on the construction site. Also oversee the implementation
of shop drawings and incorporate any necessary field changes into as-built drawings.
• Safety is of utmost importance, and actively promotes a culture of health and safety at the work site. I diligently
manage and submit work progress status and monthly progress reports to contractors and clients to keep all
stakeholders informed.
• Managing & Supervising Operation & Maintenance Chilled Water Plant Room, Fire Pump Room, Potable Pump
Room, AHU, ERU FCU, CRAC units & Dx Units Implementation of shop drawings on site and incorporate all field
changes into as-built drawings.
• Regularly reviewing material submissions and attending quality management meetings with contractors and
consultants allow me to continuously improve quality standards on site. I also witness field tests, review test
data, and actively participate in commissioning and inspections for all mechanical works.

Design and Planning: Collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to develop mechanical
designs and systems for construction projects. This includes HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning),
plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
