Monitor inventory levels and replenish stocks as needed for 10000+ items. I coordinate with the logistics regarding purchase orders, stock transfers & deliveries. I forecast the supply and demand requirements considering Lead Time data and environmental variabilities to ensure stock availability. I regularly track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overage and underage costs. Perform regular stock checks and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports and inventory records. Coordinate and manage daily physical cycle count and reconcile if inventory system count differs. Developing cost and revenue analysis for projects.

Daily follow up for dispatched, scheduled and blind shipments to assure delivery. Rescheduling shipments returned to store by coordinating with the customer. Receive shipments returned to store that were not been delivered as per schedule, by coordinating with the customer. Generating a performance evaluation report on daily basis and reporting the supply team for rider’s monthly performance incentives. Tracking shipments inquired by customers. Supporting Riders for shipments delivery and in case of any controversial issue.
Technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. Fleet management on field to supervise Crew for conducting the job. Component replacement for the Part out of order. Conducting survey for new Installation jobs. Basic Metal/ wood fabrication & rigging (level II) for lifting and moving heavy machineries. Hiring skilled labor as per job requirement.
