My key responsibilities included marketing planning and strategy formulation; accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff. Being a team leader, I was dealing with quality assurance, time management, conflicts handling and interpersonal role.
Worked as area in charge and sales executive, my key responsibilities were to promote the company brand to key buyers, ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate. Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone. Writing up sales reports, activity reports and revenue forecasts.
Total duration of two year. First year for course work with majors of statistics, research, Business Development, Leadership, Sales and Marketing, Human Resource Development, Business research, International Business and Business Research. In second year I complete detailed research in target market of UAE where I met lots of multicultural nations physically to complete research work and thesis.
Achievements and awards: Research papers published in famous international publications Best performance award in writing dramas and performing on stage. 2nd position in Calligraphy, 2nd position in glass painting, 3rd position in abstract art intra-departments annual competition.
