• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Designing and creating a wide variety of graphic art and promotional material.
• Ongoing design and maintenance of new and existing websites.
• Keep the interface beautiful and easy to use.
• Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements on our software application

• Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective

Depending on my experience of 7 years in Photoshop, Image ready, Dreamweaver, Flash, FrontPage, Director and other applications/tools, I am undertaking the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated plans for the organization's internet presence, based on management goals and priorities; participates in the establishment of internet policies, directions, and standards.
- Produce visual solutions to the needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.
- Participate in the overall design structuring of the portals and web-based applications; create enhancements and modifications, and organize and maintain them.
- Develop and implement plans to obtain and maintain a high level of functionality, usability, and design structure for the web-based applications.
- Assess new standards, technologies and trends, and formulate strategies and plans for future enhancement of web-based applications with regards to the usability and GUI.
- May lead and/or guide the work of other staff engaged in similar functions.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client
- Produce accurate and high quality work
