 Architectural Conceptual Design development.
 Interior Design Development.
 Preparation of Presentation, Submission, working, shop and Completion drawings.
 Coordination with Engineers, Contactors and Site Supervisors.
 Inspection of work on site, Snagging and de-snagging the defects.
 Preparation of 3d views.
 Design reviewer as per international and local codes.


 Good knowledge of New York Zoning Resolution for Residential, Commercial and Manufacturing Districts.
 Good knowledge of New York Building Codes.

 Excellent work experience on Wood Frame Construction, Wood detailing and I have worked on many residential and commercial projects as per Zoning Resolution and Building Codes.

 Excellent work experience of Steel Structure, Steel detailing. Like connection detailing, K-joist beams, c-section beams, w-section, column tubing, I-beams, angles, nuts and bolts, cross bracing, base plate and various steel details.

 Good knowledge of Public Assembly plans and their Calculations.

 Good knowledge of Scaffolding design and drawing on cad, I have worked on light weight, Heavy duty and outrigger scaffolding.

 Excellent experience of Conversion of Paper Work. (JPG, .PDF etc.) Into cad.

 Good knowledge of HVAC drawing and detailing.

 Excellent Presentation Skill on Cad.

 Good Knowledge of Property info through NYC websites like Oasis Map, Nassau county, digital tax map and property shark etc.
