Administrative Secretary:
o Scheduling meetings and appointments for the MD and other Managers.
o Greetings visitors in a professional manner. o Screening and answering all phone calls, taking down messages and directing the calls to appropriate departments. o Organizing office activities. o Letter drafting and correspondents. o Filing and compiling of important office documents. o Maintaining and managing enough stock of office materials.
Customer Service and Sales Coordinator:
o Receiving Local Purchase Order from the Customers through Emails and Telephones.
o Processing LPOs into Sales Orders and Sales Invoices.
o Liaise with customers on confirming sales orders and attend to general enquiries.
o Supporting the sales team and customers in preparing Quotation & Contracts.
o Provide second level support to marketing team by making promotional calls and sending promotional mails as and when required and also keeping a record of the same.
o Support daily operation on delivery schedule and administrative task.
o Handling Telesales, stock enquiry and order processing.
o Extending complete support to the Sales Executives in achieving their targets.
o Sending customer’s order reports and invoice reports to the concerned Sales Executives to help them keep a track on their sales
o Coordinate shipments/deliveries.
o Doing clerical and Administrative works.
o Assist the customers in registering complaints if any with the concerned departments and ensuring
to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
o Monitoring inventory and delivery status.
o Maintaining complete data base of the existing and new customers.
o Sending necessary documents to the customers.
