Prepare the project budget by referring to the estimation team's CCS report.
 Compile the RFQ package for subcontractor/supplier selection, including project
specifications, required authority specifications, BOQ, and drawings.
 Provide advice on new contract agreements through risk and opportunity analysis.
 Conduct cost comparison evaluations to select subcontractors.
 Draft clear and concise subcontract agreements to prevent potential future
conflicts.
 Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors in accordance with the
project schedule.
 Attend weekly planning, technical, and commercial meetings, offering commercial
support as needed.
 Develop and update the project's risk register monthly.
 Prepare Cost and Value Reconciliation (CVR) and Cost to Completion (CTC) reports
to advise management on foretasted negative cash flows, monitor costs and time
to prevent overruns, and recommend acceleration if necessary to avoid Liquidated
Damages.
 Identify new/missing items and coordinate with the Engineer to request variations.
 Certify subcontractor/supplier payment applications.
 Develop and maintain a subcontractor/supplier log, including collateral warranties,
performance guarantees, advance payment guarantees, and retention money.
 Prepare variation cost impact assessments as per the Engineer's instructions.
 Generate cost reports, including variation orders and claims.
 Identify defects caused by third parties in completed works and prepare claims
against them.
 Settle final accounts with subcontractors, including the resolution of any
outstanding issues.
 Maintain effective communication with the client throughout the closeout process.
 Develop detailed unit prices for different elements of the project, considering
factors such as material costs, labor rates, overheads, and profit margins.
 Ensure that unit prices follow industry standards and reflect the current market
conditions.

• Preparing variation proposal according to the Engineer’s instruction. • Prepare Cost and Value reconciliation reports, identify profit/ loss and subsequently report to the Commercial Manager at the monthly commercial review. • Assisting to a Contract manager with contractual correspondence.

• Develop and update the project master schedules using P6 keeping the program up to date on daily basis.
• preparing progress analysis comparing to baseline schedule against the actual progress along with S-Curve.
• Develop detailed / Integrated sub schedules (Level-7) to meet the Construction requirements and issue four weeks’ look ahead schedules.
• Preparation of Delay Event Reports and follow up with the Responsible party.
• Coordinate with Civil partner to get Communication System (COM), Rail Electrification (REL), Signaling System (SIG), Traffic light controller System (TLC) and Building Management System (BMS) Workfront access dates and recording in reports.
• Producing Design, Procurement, Above mentioning system Installation and T&C Work progress calculation separate sheet and follow up daily basis with the subject of client approval document.
• Prepare detailed weekly target quantity forecast, and liaison with the installation team.
• Prepare project Monthly and Weekly progress reports.
• Prepare and maintain the resource loading reviewing with the Site manager at weekly intervals.
• Formulating and maintaining the Daily Site Works Progress sheet after collecting the daily progress/ productivity from the site teams.
