o Dealing with the Supplier for Raw Materials.
o Review inquiries received from Planning Department & Making Canvas Sheet.
o Coordination with the different suppliers regarding their prices & Materials.
o Negotiate terms and prices to manage the deals with the rock bottom prices after having hard negotiation with the vendors.
o Making Purchase Orders according to the best prices available
o Follow up with the supplier for shipment of consignment.
o Data Entry for Purchase Orders and other related data in to Microsoft Navision Data base program.
o Maintained Log Books for Handling of Documents
o Filling the PO’s and necessary Documents
o Assistance for the Department according to needs.
o Handling the Govt. quota for FLOUR and supervising all the logistical needs to make possible to avoid single bag missing from the assigned quota.
o Importing Flour & Palm Oil form UAE and close ties with the UAE flour vendors.
o ATTENDED GULFOOD Exhibition held in Dubai to meet overseas vendors and experienced the event which is fruitful to enhance the work experience.
Starting job as an Office Assistant and then promoted gradually & finally quit job as an Indenting Manager & travel to Jeddah, KSA
o Establish the pharma Indenting Department.
o Review inquiries received from local & multinational companies throughout Pakistan.
o Negotiate terms and prices with the suppliers.
o Coordination with the local customer regarding their inquires.
o Issue indent to local Customers, follow up for the letter of credit (LC).
o Follow up with the supplier for shipment of consignment.
o Fully conversant with the chemicals & pharmaceuticals manufacturers of china, India & Europe.
o Fully conversant with all the local/ multinationals company’s of Pakistan
