- Creating and implementing daily and weekly productions schedules
- Maintaining workflow by monitoring productions processes; observing control points; monitoring personnel and resources, resolving scheduling conflicts; developing reporting procedures and systems
- Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
Job Role:
- Plan and draw up production schedules.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust the schedules as needed to meet the production deadlines.
- Coordinate with Chinese project manager and Chinese team for uninterrupted production
- Increase the production efficiency of CNC machines through "Cycle time Analysis".
Job Role:
- Maintaining daily quality reports and corrective action reports.
- Supervising calibration of measuring instruments, jigs and fixtures.
- Implementing "FIFO method" of inventory control and evaluation.
